Built in 1899 as Part of Holland Hall

Originally constructed to serve as the carriage house for the Holland Hall estate, built by Arthur Clarke Huidekoper and Frances Louise Reynolds Huidekoper, this structure has deep roots in the Meadville community. It once housed the family’s horses and carriages before falling into disrepair in the mid-20th century.

Thoughtfully Restored with Modern Comfort

Restoration efforts began in the early 1990s, preserving original elements like the stone foundation, exposed beams. In 2019, the building was lovingly transformed into a historic bed and breakfast serving Meadville, PA, visitors with modern comfort and timeless character.

Today, the inn features four unique guest rooms, a second-floor common area (once the hay loft), and outdoor patio areas where guests can unwind. Each space reflects a blend of vintage charm and thoughtful hospitality.
