REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations if notice is received prior to seven (7) days before the arrival date. Deposit is retained if canceled between 7 days and 24 hours prior to arrival date. The full package rate will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of a no-show, cancellation, early departure and/or rescheduling within 24 hours (3 p.m. EST the day before check-in.)
CHECK-IN is at 3:00 pm
CHECK-OUT is by 11:00 am.
KEYLESS ACCESS AND ENTRY SECURITY SYSTEM: The Carriage House Inn uses a convenient keyless entry security system eliminating the need for keys. Specific instructions and key codes will be given via email before your arrival.
ROOM OCCUPANCY: Room occupancy is for 2 guests. One room can accommodate an additional guest for $35 per night. Only registered houseguests may enter the overnight rooms unless permission is granted in advance for visitors.
TAX: A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 5% county bed tax will be added to your final bill.
RATES are valid for 2025 and are subject to change.
PAYMENT: Full payment due at time of booking. No reservation will be accepted without a deposit at the time of reservation. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
PARKING: Upon arrival at The Carriage House Inn, please follow the driveway around to the rear of the building. There you will see designated parking spots for guests of the Inn. Entry is through the back door.
DAMAGE FEE: Penalties will be incurred for damages or mistreatment of the facility.
MANAGEMENT has the right to remove disruptive guests.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm-7am
SMOKING: The Carriage House Inn is an entirely non-smoking facility. Nowhere within the confines of the property, indoors and outdoors, is smoking allowed. A penalty of $300 will be charged for smoking violations.
PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
POOL: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the guest) are responsible for the safe use of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. Please adhere to all posted signs. The Carriage House Inn is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, etc while guests are using the pool.
PERSONAL POSSESSIONS: While staying at The Carriage House Inn, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. While we are confident in our security measures, we ask that you take the precautions that you deem necessary.
The Coachman's Quarters has a whirlpool tub. Instructions for its use are next to the tub. Nothing is to be added to the whirlpool, (no bath oils, salts, bubbles, etc.)
