Mount Hope: The Baldwin-Reynolds House Museum

This 1843 mansion was built by Supreme Court Justice Henry Baldwin.  It later was home to William Reynolds and has been owned and operated as a museum by the Crawford County Historical Society since 1963.  It is full of history and wonderful artifacts; a true gem in the heart of Meadville, PA.

The Keystone View Company was started in Meadville, PA in 1892 and for over 80 years it was the largest manufacturer of stereoscopic materials and was a favorite pastime of families viewing photography in 3-D.  The museum houses a vast collection of stereoscopic cards that guests may view through a stereoscope.
